Why schools switch from spreadsheets and paper
Many schools still run on a mix of Excel sheets, exercise books and WhatsApp groups. It works until results week, when teachers retype scores, positions are computed by hand, and one wrong cell sends the wrong report sheet home. Fees are just as painful: bank tellers get lost, parents pay the wrong amount, and the bursar spends days reconciling.
A school management system fixes this by keeping one record per student. Scores entered once flow into averages, positions and report sheets. Built for how Nigerian schools actually work
CollegeDreams was built in Nigeria for Nigerian schools: nursery, primary and secondary; three-term sessions; continuous assessment plus exams; class positions; psychomotor and affective ratings; and head-teacher and class-teacher remarks. It handles multiple arms per class, subject groups, promotion rules and graduating classes.
It also works across a whole network of schools. The Nigerian Air Force runs its schools nationwide on CollegeDreams, from Kano to Port Harcourt, which is the kind of scale a single-school tool is never tested at.

Can parents pay school fees online through CollegeDreams?
Yes. School fees and other charges are paid online through Penney, our payment platform, and each payment is matched to the right student automatically. Parents can also pay by scanning a QR code.
Can parents check results online?
Yes. Report sheets are generated from the scores teachers enter, and each one carries a QR code parents can scan to confirm it is genuine.
Does it work for a group of schools?
Yes. CollegeDreams supports multiple schools, and the Nigerian Air Force runs its school network on it.
