Payment integration services in Nigeria
Money in, confirmed, reconciled. Every time.
Penney is our payment layer, and we integrate it, or the providers behind it, into your business. It collects through the channels Nigerians already use, confirms each transaction with the provider, then delivers it to your system by webhook, retrying until your system acknowledges it, so nothing is lost between a customer's debit and your ledger.
What you get
Payment Integration, built for Nigerian organisations.
-
Webhook-based delivery
Every confirmed payment is pushed to your system as a webhook, retried until acknowledged, with every attempt logged.
-
QR-code payments
Customers scan a code and pay the exact amount against the right invoice or account, with no reference to type.
-
NIBSS, Flutterwave & Mizan
One integration covers several providers, so you are not tied to a single gateway.

Automatic matching of payments to invoices, with settlement reports your finance team can sign off.

Why payment integrations fail, and how we avoid it
Taking a payment is the easy part. The hard part is everything after: making sure your system finds out, exactly once, that the money arrived, even when a network call times out or a server restarts at the wrong moment. Integrations that simply wait for a redirect or a single callback lose payments, and every lost payment is an angry customer and a manual reconciliation.
Penney is built around confirmation and delivery. Each transaction is verified with the provider, then delivered to your system by webhook. If your system doesn't acknowledge it, Penney tries again, and every attempt is recorded. That delivery history is what lets you prove, payment by payment, what happened.
Proven in production
Penney runs school fees collection for schools on CollegeDreams, where getting a payment wrong means a parent being told their child owes money they have already paid. That is the standard we build business integrations to.

FAQ
Questions about payment integration
Which payment providers can you integrate?
We integrate with NIBSS, Flutterwave and Mizan through Penney, and we can connect your system directly to other providers where needed.
What is webhook-based payment delivery?
Instead of your system asking whether a payment has arrived, Penney pushes each confirmed payment to your system as a webhook. If your system doesn't acknowledge it, Penney retries, and every attempt is logged.
Can you add QR-code payments to our app or invoices?
Yes. Customers scan a code and pay the exact amount against the right invoice, which removes typing errors and makes reconciliation automatic.
How long does a payment integration take?
It depends on your system and the payment flows involved. We scope it with you first and give you a plan before we start.
